Cash settlement at mediation. Plaintiff was a twenty seven (27) year old female who was driving 10-20 miles per hour over the speed limit and struck the rear tire of a tractor-trailer pulling out onto the road. Plaintiff suffered significant injuries, including a fractured femur and a crushed heal.
