$120,000 - Garrett v. Real Logistics, Inc. Superior Court of Murray County, Chatsworth, Georgia

Cash settlement at mediation. Plaintiff, a Georgia truck driver, was rear ended near a truck stop at the end of an exit ramp by another Georgia truck driver in Kentucky. The only damage to the trailer of the lead truck was to the rear underride guard. Plaintiff suffered a neck injury which required surgery, the cause of which was hotly contested.
