Plaintiff was driving a four-door sedan in a commercial area on a bridge over I-285. He stopped for a red traffic signal and was rear-ended by a tractor trailer truck driven by Defendant. Defendant was employed by co-defendant trucking company. Plaintiff alleged permanent disability as a result of his neck injury, which required surgery.
