Injuries Caused by Grade All driver dropping Scissor Lift on truck driver at a construction site

Cash settlement at mediation-2009. Waddell v. Nix Fowler Constructors, Inc. Cobb County Superior Court. Employee of the construction company was operating a Grade All, attempting to pick up a scissor lift when the Grade All rocked forward and the scissor lift slid off the forks crashing down on Plaintiff. As a result of his injuries, Plaintiff experienced a concussion, severe headaches, shoulder pain, knee pain, ankle pain, and brief periods of memory loss and an inability to concentrate. Before suit was filed the claim was denied. Discovery produced enough evidence to prove that the incident happened as alleged.
